Easy drinking, a lower 4.9% ABV, very low bitterness, a light blend of tropical fruit, tangerine, lemon, flavors. In "Belgian" tradition, it contains a wheat malt base and coriander spice. We "Americanized" this beer with a hazy IPA yeast which does not carry any "clovelike" flavors and is cleaner and crisper than Belgian Witbier yeast.
